This song right here is what it's all about. I haven't been able to stop listening to this song since I got it. This is the kind of song that makes me really glad we decided to start R:TS.
New Super Mario Bros has sold 500,000 copies in a matter of monthes. Before the summer is over it's expected to sell over a million copies. I'm 1 of those 500,000 and I must say that while I was somewhat impressed with a few of the gameplay elements, my absolute FAVORITE part of this game was the music. It's the first new material we've heard from Koji Kondo in quite some time and he DOES NOT DISAPPOINT, much as you'd expect.
Jredd does an EXCELLENT job mixing in a wide variety of styles (including chiptunage <3) & themes. Suzu says this reminds him of older DJP work, but I think this song has a place all of it's own.
DEFINITELY download this track IMMEDIATELY. STOP READING NOW AND GET IT.
